Organic Hog Roast

How It Works

1. CHOOSE YOUR MENU

First you would need to find an appropriate menu with a price that suits your pocket, so please browse our menu page where you will find all our menu's with pricing. If its a Wedding Reception you want catering for, please view the Wedding Menu.

2. INITIAL BOOKING

After you've reached a decision on which menu to go for, you will need to make an initial order query through navigating to the place an order section. Please fill out this section to the best of your ability. As soon as we receive your initial order we will reply within 24 hours with more details on how to firm up the booking via a 25% deposit.

3. A FIRM BOOKING

As soon as we have received your 25% deposit we will confirm the booking via e-mail. The next you will hear from us will be 7 days prior to your function. This will be through a Final Confirmation e-mail confirming all Logistics for the day and also confirming the menu you have booked with us.

4. BALANCE INVOICE

About 3 days prior to your function you will receive a balance invoice from us. This can either be paid through bank transfer or our fancy Online Payment Portal where we accept all kinds of Debit & Credit Cards..

5. ARRIVING AT THE VENUE

We will, permitting no serious traffic problems, arrive 3 hours prior to serving if you have the lamb and 5 hours if roasting an organic pig. We will set up and start cooking as soon as we arrive. All we would need from our clients is a table of some sort on which we would serve the side dishes (if you have any). We would require an electricity point for our machinery, but we will bring along our own extension lead.

6. COOKING, CARVING AND SERVING

After the cooking process is done (2 hours for lamb and approximately 4 hours for Hog) we will carve the meat and have it drop in the bottom of our amazing Spit Roast Machine. And now time for the best part: The food is ready to be served ... Customers can help themselves to the side dishes and come around to the Spit Machine where the BBQ Master chef will serve them with the meat and potatoes. As soon as everybody has helped themselves to a second... or even a third helping we will start clearing away.

7. THE END

Please make sure to have some extra dishes/ bowls at hand for there are always some leftovers which would make for a festive breakfast the next day!
