About Us

Owners George Zaayman and Johannes Burger (sadly not from Johannesburg..but from Worcester in the Western Cape) arrived in the UK sometime in 2002 after finishing their studies at the University of Stellenbosch.

From the outset it was their mission to start a BBQ themed catering company (South Africans are born with an abnormal passion to throw meat on a fire)   and thus was borne: www.nyama-catering.co.uk, another outside catering company but with a South African twist.

Nyama Catering is hugely successful, but George & Johannes found a screaming demand in the market for organic bbq catering that could not be satisfied through Nyama Catering, hence starting up organic-hogroast.co.uk where we can deliver this service to our clients.

So through our experience in the industry and by sourcing the very best organic meats locally we are very confident that we will be able to exceed our customers expectations time and time again.
